प्रिय विद्यार्थी, अभिभावक, शिक्षक तथा शिक्षाप्रेमी महानुभावहरू, शिक्षा मानिसको जीवनलाई सही दिशा दिने महत्त्वपूर्ण माध्यम हो । विद्यार्थीको सर्वाङ्गीण विकास, अनुशासन, नैतिकता, सिर्जनशीलता र व्यावहारिक ज्ञान अभिवृद्धि गर्नु विद्यालयको प्रमुख दायित्व हो । यही उद्देश्यलाई आत्मसात् गर्दै मालिका माध्यमिक विद्यालय गुणस्तरीय, जीवनोपयोगी तथा संस्कारयुक्त शिक्षा प्रदान गर्न निरन्तर प्रतिबद्ध रहेको छ । विद्यालय केवल पाठ्यपुस्तकको ज्ञान प्रदान गर्ने स्थान मात्र नभई विद्यार्थीको प्रतिभा, क्षमता, रुचि र व्यक्तित्व विकास गर्ने साझा थलो हो । त्यसैले विद्यार्थीको शैक्षिक उपलब्धिसँगै अतिरिक्त व्रिmयाकलाप, खेलकुद, सिर्जनात्मकता, प्रविधिको प्रयोग, अनुशासन र सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्वलाई पनि विद्यालयले विशेष प्राथमिकता दिएको छ । विद्यालयको शैक्षिक गुणस्तर अभिवृद्धि गर्न शिक्षकहरूको योग्यता, क्षमता, अनुभव र समर्पण, विद्यार्थीहरूको मेहनत, अभिभावकहरूको सहयोग तथा समुदायको सकारात्मक भूमिकाको महŒवपूर्ण योगदान रहन्छ । विद्यालय, अभिभावक र समुदायबीचको सहकार्यलाई अझ सुदृढ बनाउँदै प्रत्येक विद्यार्थीलाई सक्षम, आत्मविश्वसी, जिम्मेवार र असल नागरिकका रूपमा विकास गर्ने हाम्रो लक्ष्य रहेको छ । अन्त्यमा, मालिका माध्यमिक विद्यालयलाई शैक्षिक उत्कृष्टताको केन्द्रका रूपमा स्थापित गर्न सहयोग गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण शिक्षक, कर्मचारी, विद्यार्थी, अभिभावक, विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति तथा शुभेच्छुक व्यक्ति एवं संस्थाहरूप्रति हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त गर्दछु । आगामी दिनमा पनि यहाँहरूको निरन्तर साथ, सहयोग र सुझाव प्राप्त हुने अपेक्षा गर्दछु । ‘‘गुणस्तरीय शिक्षा, अनुशासित जीवन र उज्ज्वल भविष्यका लागि हाम्रो साझा प्रयास ।’’ धन्यवाद
Dear Students, Parents, Teachers, and Education Enthusiasts,
Education is a vital means of guiding human life in the right direction. The foremost responsibility of a school is to foster the holistic development of students — enhancing discipline, morality, creativity, and practical knowledge. With this objective in mind, Malika Secondary School remains continuously committed to providing quality, life-oriented, and value-based education.
A school is not merely a place to impart textbook knowledge; it is a common platform for nurturing students’ talents, abilities, interests, and personalities. Therefore, alongside academic achievement, the school gives special priority to extracurricular activities, sports, creativity, use of technology, discipline, and social responsibility.
The enhancement of educational quality depends on the qualifications, skills, experience, and dedication of teachers; the hard work of students; the support of parents; and the positive role of the community.
